
Cortney Crooks-Chou, PA-C, R.T. (R)(CT)
Cortney is a board-certified Physician Assistant in Interventional Radiology at Radiology of Indiana (ROI). She first received her Certificate in Radiography in 2013 from Hancock Regional School of Radiologic Technology program. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Imaging Science from Boise State University in 2018. She worked as a diagnostic, surgical, fluoroscopic, and computed tomography technologist for 9 years before returning to PA school. She attended Sullivan University in Louisville. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) in 2024, earning a Magna Cum Laude distinction and membership in the Pi Alpha Honor Society.
She is nationally certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). She is a registered technologist in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT). Her previous experience as a PA is in Emergency Medicine.
