J. Brian Mullins

Brian joined ROI in 2008 and currently serves as the Chief Information Officer.  Brian has over 30 years of healthcare experience and has focused his entire professional career in this field. Brian has focused on Healthcare IT for over 20 years, and prior to 2002 he spent 10 years in Healthcare Practice Administration.

Brian is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and holds a degree with concentrations in Computer Science and Healthcare Administration.
