Joshua Dowell, M.D., PhD, FSIR

Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Joshua Dowell is a nationally recognized interventional radiologist specializing in interventional oncology and minimally invasive therapies. Formerly Chief of Interventional Radiology at The Ohio State University and also later at Ascension, he co-founded VIP and joined ROI in 2026. Dr. Dowell has authored more than 100 publications and is committed to patient-centered care, innovation, research, and collaboration with referring physicians.
