3D Mammography is Now Available!

Here at Radiology of Indiana, we have two locations, Carmel and Saxony that provide 3D mammography. This new exam looks and feels like a regular mammogram, and only takes a few seconds longer. The exam takes 3D images, allowing doctors to search through the tissue in one-millimeter layers, reducing the chance of a tumor hiding in the shadow of tissue in the breast. Click the links below for video explanation of how the Hologic machine can capture both 2D and 3D images in one platform. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDXSDbiC8yk

Radiology of Indiana Races for the Cure

Radiology of Indiana participated in Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure. Unfortunately due to the weather, the race was canceled. Even with the race being cancelled, we still raised $782 on site! Thanks to everyone who helped out despite the weather.
